You will see there is usually a photograph of The Rev standing on a chair, this is a Royal Renegades tradition. Call it a pep talk. Rev’s pre show sermon. It gets the energy going for sure!
I wish I could recall every performer’s name, but I cannot. Feel free to comment and let me know who is in some of the photos I post without names, I am happy to update the post with their name and links to their websites or facebook! Below on the right is Dick Steele!
Harlequin Blush is dressed like a bunny but when I see this photo I think meeeeeow!
Viva Valezz, Surly Manson, and I know her actual name but I don’t use those. I think it was her first time on stage, at least as a lead solo act, you would never have known. She killed it!
One of my favorite photos of Surly, who looks vulnerable and serene…
The Rev getting sausaged out
Viva! and the Velvet Hearts. Le Provocateur made an appearance in the beginning of this number, to escort the lovely Viva! on stage with Mr. Dexter Wilde and quickly exited stage right to snag photos of the rest!
Major thanks to my good friend Just Jake for being trustworthy enough to hand my camera to, and still getting a usable shot of me on stage even though he had no idea how to operate it!
Ceci My Playmate always has the hottest numbers. She likes to tie girls up and do a little fire play on stage – it doesn’t get much better than THAT!

Sodom and Gomorrah
Noka Davers throws an annual after Easter show at Wall Street Nightclub - this year the theme was Sodom and Gomorrah. Sponsored by Outlook Columbus.
I love seeing my photos everywhere!
Is that not the cutest bunny tail ever?
No one is safe, not even bunnies and peeps, from my perversions!
Noka Davers and Sherry Dribblelips
Viva Valezz!
Wall Street banned the use of glitter on stage because of what is going on in the photo to the right!
IDKEX – Dragdom
IDKEX stands for International Drag KingCommunity Expo Ten. This week long event included so much more than just shows. There were seminars, round tables, vendor fairs, a film festival, the list goes on and on.
I met performers from all over the world during this event! I have never met a more diverse group of people from so many places in one room before!
Covering this event was my introduction to drag kings. I think everyone has heard of drag queens, especially with shows like Ru Paul’s Drag Race, but kings are kind of forgotten. It’s a shame more people do not know about drag kings, because they are definitely entertaining! I actually prefer watching kings to watching queens. Maybe because I know so many.
I was hired to do event photography for the entire event, this is the first of three large shows I covered for the event promoters. This show was at Wall Street Nightclub.
There are few instances where an American Sign Language interpreter is provided for performances, I thought this was really awesome.
A French performer. This number had impact. My favorite of the night.
Like a Prayer – LOVED IT!
